I left you hanging for a while there, didn’t I? Well, I have a new wedding blog, which is part of the reason. And I’ve been busier than Batman on a dark night.

But, I’m back, baby! And to talk about my workouts… I’m excited about them! I started the Couch to 5k program recently. Unfortunately I tripped yesterday and messed up my already hurt knee, but I’m going to go back to working out tomorrow or Saturday, definitely. I have to fit in three workouts this week!
